Cosmecx Consortium was incorporated in Sri Lanka in 2012 as a Private Company. However, the history of Cosmecx as a business organization dates back to the year 2002.

Cosmecx has started its business in electronics catering to both military and civil end-users, engaged in developing and supplying solutions for obsolete electronic components and modules under Cosmecx Network Pvt Ltd, and initially supplied products and solutions under different channels and front suppliers who were registered at the MoD.

The primary business area was then limited to electronics and utilizing its own resources cosmecx had engaged in developing solutions for electrical energy saving, RF communications, and surge protection of signal lines catering to the niche markets.

The company has started a venture into the emerging market of Business Process Outsourcing in 2008, forming a brand new BPO division and Cosmecx Call Center had also served many fortune 500 Companies including CNET, CBS Interactive, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, Redhat.

We had worked with many Principals from prestigious Research Institutes in Telecommunication to the world's leading manufacturers in different fields from defense, telecommunication to aviation, and continue to do so in search of meeting new challenges and open to discuss with any prospective manufacturer.

To serve our evolving customers better, and also to capture the new business opportunities, in the broader business spectrum, cosmecx has now created a consortium incorporating a new Private Company. Cosmecx accounts for three other associate Companies who are working as consortium team members with COSMECX.
